Terms for Making a Reservation for a Sightseeing Cruise:

1. The relationship between the Client and the company Voroplavba s.r.o. (Operator) is governed by Civic Law of the Czech Republic.

2. When the Client has filled out and sent the order form to the Operator's address, or when the Operator has sent confirmation to the Client, then the reservation is considered binding.

3. If the Operator accepts the Client's reservation, then the Operator will send the Client a form for paying the deposit.

4. The Client is expected to pay the deposit by the date indicated on the deposit form and to send the Operator a copy of proof of payment to the Operator's bank. If the Client doesn't pay the deposit by the date indicated on the form, then the Operator may cancel the Client's reservation.

5. The Client is expected to pay the remaining amount due in cash before the sightseeing cruise commences.

General Sightseeing Cruise Rules

1. Client must respect the safety rules of the sightseeing cruise. Otherwise, the Client may be asked to disembark and will not be reimbursed for his or her ticket.

2. Before the cruise begins, the Operator will lend the Client the necessary lifevests, which are required to be worn from start to finish of the cruise. The lifevests must be returned to the Operator at the end of the cruise. If the Client doesn't return the lifevest or if the lifevest is damaged through neglect of the client, then the Client will be required to pay the Operator the replacement cost of the lifevest. This cost will be determined by the Operator.

3. The Client will not be expected to pay for damages incurred during regular use of the lifejacket.

Terms for Cancellation

1. The Operator can at anytime cancel the Client's reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the Operator is obliged to immediately inform the Client about the cancellation and return all money paid by the Client as soon as possible.

2. If the Client cancels their reservation 20 or more days before the date of the cruise, then the Client is not expected to pay a cancellation fee.

3. If the Client cancels their reservation less than 20 days before the date of the cruise, then the Client is expected to pay the Operator the cancellation fee. This is calculated at 1/3 of the total price of the cruise, and is expected to be paid within 10 days of cancelling the cruise. The Operator will count the reservation deposit part of the cancellation fee.

4. Cancellation fees will not apply in the following situations:
